We are customers ourselves and we really hate those shops that don't do refunds. You know the type that give you a credit note when you want your money back...we never want to be like that. If you are not happy with your item(s) and would like a refund or an exchange, please meet the conditions mentioned below and we'd be happy to help you.

Order Cancellation and Exchanges

Should you wish to cancel or exchange your order, please do the following:

  1. Send your request to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  2. Return the item(s) to us in a good resalable condition.

Order Cancellation

We will issue you a refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s). For your own protection, we suggest that you send the item(s) using a service that guarantees delivery and insures you for the value of the goods (a recorded or a special delivery service).

When you ask for a refund you are responsible for covering the delivery fee.

Exchange

We will send the replacement item(s) out to you within 7 days of receiving the item(s) that you no longer want. For your own protection, we suggest that you send the item(s) using a service that guarantees delivery and insures you for the value of the goods (a recorded or a special delivery service).

When you ask for an exchange you are responsible for covering the delivery fee both ways ('from you to us' and 'from us to you'). We will do our utmost to keep the delivery fee 'from us to you' as low as possible. We do appreciate that this could be a slight inconvenience, so tha's why we will do our VERY BEST to help you get your order RIGHT the FIRST time.
